I was able to reproduce this multiple times even after a reboot so I went back to 1.9.1 for the last couple days. Then today I get the fast ring update for Windows 10 which hosed my VB Cable setup (and all my USB devices which updates seems to like to do) -- so reinstalled VB and now I can't

Michael: I have noticed the same thing, especially when I change from 40 to 20 or reverse. I always do a manual tune before an actual transmit and when WSJTx sends the tones, I get the same 3-4 second build up to full power. This only happens on the initial key up after changing bands. After

Having a problem with transmit signals behaving badly when 12dB down or more on RC2.  The behavior I see is my output power gradually rises over about 3 seconds and that's what started my investigation.  If above 12dB no problem...power is spot on when PTT is asserted...but this is just a
