This is because you're using the "Local desktop" mode which is, in fact, only a VNC connection on top of your local opened session on your workstation. This is not the best way to use X2Go bcause : * it works badly with multiple monitors * it is slow and not very usable * it needs that your loca

I'm having some issue with a session command. I'm trying to launch x2go and have it run xterm -e 'qrsh -q interactive.q -pe sge_pe 1 -l m_core=1 /nfs/opt/ImageJ/ImageJ' This command works when run manually, and other commands like xterm -e 'qrsh -q interactive.q -pe sge_pe 1 -l m_core=1 matlab
