server 4.0.1.20 is running on Ubuntu 16.04
Is this a known bug? Any way to fix it?

If you need to use FreeNX on the same server, you should probably stop

But how about this: I could implement some keystroke that dumps the

That would be fine. Please advise on next steps.

guessing if I restart my x2go session that copy and paste it will work
once again.
In any case, the copy and paste problems are not all fixed by the new nx
libs.

How can I do that? I followed the below procedure and am still at
3.5.99.22. I assume that since .23 is "released" that the Arctica repo
should be sufficient and I don't need the Arctica nightly repo.

FWIW, my perception is 3.5.99.23 has fewer clipboard problems than the
previous releases. Perhaps some but not all clipboard bugs were fixed?
Yeah, I have

Hi Uli,
Copy from Windows and paste into x2go just stopped working (the opposite
direction still works). Here's the dump from the session log:

It's set to ADSL. My ping time from my windows PC to the Linux server

My connection is very fast: 150Mb up/down fiber optic, hardwired to my
PC (no wifi). I do not see clipboard delays. Clipboard either works
perfectly or stops working one or both directions.

I don't have /etc/x2go/keystrokes. I do have /etc/x2go/keystrokes.cfg.
Is that what you mean?

That way the mixup will also not happen. However, you lose the ability
to get the PRIMARY content to windows, you will always have to
explicitly copy to the clipboard as described above.

I'm having a problem resuming x2go sessions which now fails 100% of the
time. The only way to use x2go is to kill all x2go processes on the
server and restart x2goserver service, which causes the suspended
session to be lost. This is driving me crazy. Any hints on how to debug
this?

Fair question. We do the normal "apt-get upgrade" on these systems to
keep packages up to date. Perhaps that updated the nx-libs and started
the problem ?
For example, I can see nxagent was updated a while back:
nxagen

I have removed and reinstalled x2goserver with no effect.
And I've just confirmed suspending the session manually produces the
same problem.
I'm at a loss how to debug this. Only the nuclear option of reinstalling
Ubunutu comes to mind.
