I've created the partition file as below and set the parameter
partitionfile with chdef.
#XCAT_PARTITION_START#
part /boot --fstype=ext4 --size=256 --ondisk md127
part / --fstype=ext4 --size=86947 --ondisk md127
part swap --size=16384 --ondisk md127
##XCAT_PARTITION_END#
