Thank you. The otherpkgs postscript wasn't executing because it was somehow
removed from the default postscripts list, and I thought for some reason
addsiteyum was supposed to add the xCAT-otherpkgs0.repo file thus I didn't
look any further than that. I forgot though that otherpkgs and ifcfg-eth
Here is the actual rpm that is broken after rootimg chroot install:
[root@mgt1 rootimg]# chroot . rpm -V dbus
..G../lib64/dbus-1/dbus-daemon-launch-helper
Here is what it is supposed to look like
[root@mgt1 rootimg]# ls -l /lib64/dbus-1/dbus-daemon-launch-helper
-rwsr-x--- 1 root dbus
From output of running

I tried removing all exclude lines, install was bigger, but the problem did not
go away. Also similar issue with constant messages from pulseaudio failed to
load module and dbus daemon launch helper showing up in /var/log/messages. I
fear some files or directories are being created with group
