The XKeyboardConfig project holds its promise to release often - and
delivers the second version, 0.2.
Tha major thing in this release is the document (docs/HOWTO.transition)
briefly describing the process of using XKeyboardConfig database instead
of the one shipped with the server
Beats me what is happening. X was working
fine last night but I get up this morning and I can't get it to start.

Red Hat 9 on a Dell Latitude C600.
I have re-loaded Linux several times in graphics and CLI mode.
I stay with the defaults where possible.
In graphics mode the display looks great during the load phase.
Subsequently it is not possible to get graphics mode after booting.

I found a problem when running vsw4 testing with XFree86.
(/tset/XOPEN/strtkysym/Test 7 FAIL)
The problem is related to xc/lib/X11/utils/makekeys.c and
