I have installed XRDP on Ubuntu 10.4 LTS with no problem and run multiple remote
sessions from Win7, Vista & XP with no additional configuration, using:
apt-get install xrpd
Unfortunately, even though the graphic desktops work perfectly, many of the
administrative functions cannot be authenticate
The current Ubuntu repository version of xrdp (0.5.0-20100303cvs) appears to
work perfectly under Ubuntu 10.4 & 10.10 with the Gnome 2.x desktop.
Unfortunately, there appear to be multiple security layers working on the
sessions, such that most desktop features requiring admin rights either do n
