Window layout not saving

Since moving to Leopard, Yojimbo now fails to remember the column positions I assign to it. The new version 1.5 hasn't changed that, and neither has deleting the preferences and forcing them to be recreated. Am I missing something obvious or is this a known Leopard issue? Not seen any one e

Notwithstanding PW's horse-flogging point, may I make a more general observation about multiple ways of working? There is more than one use for a nested folder system - a desire for nested folders doesn't necessarily mean you aren't using tags effectively or searching for data effectively.
