Yes, I have seen Papers and am still trying it out, but I already own
Yojimbo and would rather not purchase another app if I can avoid it,
plus I like Yojimbo tagging.
I don't know about the URL option..I'll see if I can figure that out
in Sente.

Have you seen Papers yet for managing your articles - it's great
especially for medical research (it automatically grabs all the
keywords from PubMed - but you can add your own as well).
