imho. I would suggest kmail for kde, Evolution for Gnome and probably the
same for XFCE - or maybe just install Thunderbird for the whole lot - with
the WM stand
Just to note - for those gamers out there - that I created a (very poor, but
functional) rpm of SDL_mixer, which , coupled with the other SDL stuff from
the repositories for Yoper 2.9x, will get Cube running :)
It looks and plays very well in 2.9x too!

Regarding Mail Client, when we make Gnome stable, we have Evolution. As far
as mail clients, I have used Evolution and its a wonderful and powerful one
