I managed to solve it.
It was only the protocol that was not configured within the application.

Thank you for your help.

Re: Failed remote access to Zammad

2017-10-22 Thread Guilherme Corrêa
Babak,

I do not know where I might be wrong.
The server is configured with IP 192.168.0.105, inside the application is
configured with IP 192.168.0.105, port 3000 and inside zammad.config is
configured with 192.168.0.105:3000.
It only works as localhost.

What do you suggest me?

Re: Failed remote access to Zammad

2017-10-18 Thread Guilherme Corrêa
Hi Martin,

Is this IP 10.0.0.154 that you use is your own internal IP or some valid
internet IP?
I configured a vague IP of my network in zammad.config and got no response
from it.
I also configured the IP of the server where the application is hosted, in
case 172.19.51.75 and when I try to access it, it loads only the nginx page.

Hi Guilherme,

with nginx you need to configure a ip or fqdn as server_name (without http
prefix). So just replace it with the ip or fqdn which you use in your

How do I configure access to Zammad from other hosts?
