I just tested Zekr on Windows 7.
After I downloaded Zekr from zekr.org, and installed, it didn't run
saying Java VM not found.
Then I downloaded Java from http://java.com/download, and installed.
After that, Zekr worked!
So try to install Java, if you had the same problem.
