Hi,
I just need some clarification, this does not matter in any functional
way.
I have had it explained to me that zone-to-zone communication on same
host does not actually use the loopback interface, it's a slip of
speech. The system "loops traffic back" within the IP stack, and you

Hi -
To create a zone, I'm using:
zonecfg -z $ZONENAME1 "add net; set address=$IP1; set
physical=$NETWORK_INTERFACE1; end"
zonecfg -z zone1 "add net; set address=; set

caps:{zoneid}:swapresv_zone_{zoneid}
The only way I know how to calculate how much memory a zone is using is
via /proc and filter on the zoneid

Dear Steven,
Do you have any updates regarding zone observability features. I've downloaded
Solaris10 U4 and need to monitor the used memory per zone, plus swap and locked
memory used.
Ideally, DTrace scripts would be welcome.
Do you have any clues on this subject ?
Right now, I'm only able to
