A survey of more than 600 executives found 76% of them consider office romances "dangerous." Along with the hugs, kisses and sweet e-mails come sexual harassment possibilities, job slacking and the disapproval of co-workers. You may not get the boss' blessing, but he or she isn't likely to do anything about it. Less than half of the respondents have policies that ban fishing from the company pier.
