Maybe you're a Swede in spending spirit. Amazon studied the habits of its European customers. The river of data from the dot-com shows nearly half of Irish eyes are Net shopping at the office on the boss' time. The Brits are better but barely. Danes are great when it comes to how they "spend" their workdays -- only 20% kick up the kroner from the cubicle. The Dutch spend the least amount of time tiptoeing through the mall of cyberspace, and the Swedes are the most likely to buy things they don't need. Amazon needed to know this stuff. The rest of us probably didn't, but what the heck?
