James Hamilton is a SQL Server Architect at Microsoft. During his six
years there, he's lead various development teams within the core
server department, including the SQL language compiler, query

network protocols, full text search and Common Language Runtime
Integration teams.
Girish Chander is the Program Manager for Security on the Microsoft
SQL Server Team. Prior to taking up that role a couple of years ago,
Girish held the same responsibility on the Exchange Server team.
