One of the industry's top Microsoft watchers, Kirkland, Wash.-based Directions on Microsoft, recently released its annual list of Redmond's top 10 challenges for the new year, chief among them service, security and clear product road maps.

But what about enterprise IT? We'd like to hear about your plans and priorities as you kick off the year with a new budget and a (hopefully) revitalizing economy. Does service to your internal customers, security and a rational infrastructure upgrade plan top your company's list of IT challenges? What are your New Year's resolutions? Let us know.

In the meantime, best wishes for a happy and successful 2004 from the staff of SearchWin2000.com to all of our loyal members.
