That depends on your problem. If your delay is caused by entropy gathering,
PRNGd will probably solve it. If your problem has to do with e.g.
slow DNS lookups, it won't help. Please not also, that DH key generation
does take some time. Depending on the horsepower of your machines and
the OpenSSL implementation (compiler flags, asm-code), you may also see
delays in the range of seconds.
