Sheesh... "*ahem*"?

I've been running OpenSSH SERVER under Cygwin for a while and have
written some documentation regarding it at
http://tech.erdelynet.com/cygwin-sshd.asp.

The documentation you refer to is OLD, OLD, OLD. As you can see from
http://mirrors.rcn.net/pub/sourceware/cygwin/latest/openssh/, OpenSSH is
included in their Net Release. It comes with a nice little setup
utility: http://cygwin.com/setup.exe.

Even my documentation is a little out of date, but it's not too hard
with /usr/doc/Cygwin/openssh*.README to figure it out.

And, Corinna is now part of Redhat's Cygwin development team. But,
Corinna is the one that ported OpenSSH to Cygwin.

Your web page's URL suggests you'll find "client" information, but not
necessarily "server" information. But that's me.

*ahem*

http://cygwin.com/cygwin-ug-net/setup-net.html#AEN107 says;

The following packages are included in the full release:

Development tools: binutils, bison, byacc, dejagnu, diff, expect,
flex,
gas, gcc, gdb, itcl, ld, libstdc++, make, patch, tcl, tix, tk

User tools: ash, bash, bzip2, diff, fileutils, findutils, gawk, grep,
gzip, less, m4, sed, shellutils, tar, textutils, time

There may be some bundle that includes a Cygwin port of one or the other
of the sshds. If so, I suspect it would be Corinna Vinschen's OpenSSH
port. Which neatly brings me back to my original suggestion of
consulting my comprehensive list of SSH software, to get specifically
what one wants, and not a lot of other baggage with it. That URL again:
