If just accesing the files is what you want, reinstall w2k in a
different directory, make it c:\WinNT2 or something, then when that
boots you will have full access to all the files on the system, since
you are the 'Administrator'.

  If you don't care about any of the files that are on the drive, or the
actual password, believe me, you'll probably find many other passwords
after you reinstall windows in another directory, people store passwords
in plain text files half the time, along with IP address/hostname, this
would probably incriminate you though, I would say just wipe the drive
and start over from scratch, that way you've never seen the passwords
(if any) and cannot be suspect if something bad happens.
