Knoppix <http://knopper.net> has a nice hard drive install option...plus it's Debian based. :)
Debian unstable packages have loads of security tools, pretty much most of the top 75 listed at www.insecure.org/tools.html as .deb packages (like RPMs). The real benefit of Knoppix is the 15 minute hard drive install and the outstanding hardware recognition.
