Very unlikely.
The Unix build does not, it versioned the library out of the way of the old one, so I assumed the same should be true of Windows.
Grrrr. Yes it should. The standard builds (with Xalan) have gone to 1.2. The no-Xalan builds were missed and are still on 1.1. My apologies!
