Have just put a 1.2.1 release into the dist directory that covers off
the win32 build problems Scott discovered.

I've also noticed there are no "No Xalan" builds for vc 7.0. So I'm
going to do a quick 1.2.1 release that only includes updates to Windows
project files to get a 1.2.0 version on files. (Won't move to 1.2.1 on
files as this is ABI compatible with 1.2.)
