I've also noticed there are no "No Xalan" builds for vc 7.0. So I'm going to do a quick 1.2.1 release that only includes updates to Windows project files to get a 1.2.0 version on files. (Won't move to 1.2.1 on files as this is ABI compatible with 1.2.)
