If the script is made to create as well as do backups and restore then I 
would like kdcmgr (with the use of subcommands in mind), e.g.:

kdcmgr create
kdcmgr create master
kdcmgr create slave
kdcmgr backup
kdcmgr restore
etc.

A new name for kclient?  Hmm, how about one of the following (or others):
krbclntcfg
krbcfg
from Roland:
krbclient
kdcclient
