I'm fine with kdcmgr as a command name however I don't like "create" as
a subcommand.  I think:

kdcmgr configure

is better (perhaps the master/slave and other parameters could be
configure flags).  The other subcommands are okay.

I'm with Nico.  From a stability standpoint changing names is bad.
Better to make sure that it is easy to find kclient in the docs and that
it is mentioned in every appropriate place.
