This a well known problem with RHEL. It has too old (actually, VERY old)
glibcxx version installed by default. There are two reasonable ways:
1. Rebuild Sedna from sources (see here:
http://modis.ispras.ru/sedna/install.html) right on the RHEL (*
recommended*)
2. Try static linux binaries available from the download page (
http://modis.ispras.ru/sedna/download.html). AFAIK, they should work fine
on RHEL (*not recommended, **since there is no guarantee on Linux that it
will work properly if the system is not the same with the one it was built
on*)
