Hi, Alan!

Unfortunately, I believe it was in the Post.  We subscribed to the Post, but
often bought the Sunday Chronicle also.  Still, I think it was the Post.  (So
does Mama.)

I wish I could remember about when it was published.... I believe perhaps
1967.  I was not yet in junior high school.

I don't remember an author, but the main character was a little girl named
"Shy".

What happens to the old records of now-defunct newspapers?  Do you think the
Houston Library would have everything on film/fiche/whatever?
