That's easy enough:  The mouse and keyboard patch cables have a mini-
DIN plug at each end that look the same.

Patch cables usually come in packages containing both video, keyboard 
and mouse patch cables, one set per package.  They run about $8 to 
about $20 at computer discounters.  Consider getting sets that are 
shielded--at least for the video, or your screen may end up with 
ghosting and considerable quality degradation.
