Pedro, in this query from your friend, the only question I can
determine is the one above - does Exact work with WinNT? The answer is
yes. Let me point you to their site:

Warning: This site is very, very badly designed. There are design
flaws all over. Plus as I was composing this response, the site went
down. Some of the information, such as that found in the FAQs, is in
English, but much of the information is in Dutch. This is not what you
would call a "user friendly" site.
Before the site went down, I did have a chance to skim over the
installation instructions. Instructions were for installing on a
Windows NT Terminal Server. If your company has that, then you should
be able to install this software.
Okay, the site came back up now. LOL.
Make use of the contact page to ask your question. There is a contact
button in the left frame to bring this page into the main frame. Your
friend's company's IT can then ask their technical questions.
Additionally, since you are purchasing Compaq, be sure and and ask them
the same questions. They may have very well dealt with queries about
Exact, in the past.
