[SaF] Phone Blocker or Phone number recorder

    Hello, people. I have exhausted my search engine capabilities trying to find 
either phone
blockers (those devices that allow you to control calls out of state various ways) and 
/or a
device that will record all incoming AND outgoing calls (heavy emphasis on the 
outgoing.)
