Hello!

I am looking for the movie "Ordinary Decent Criminal". It is a fairly new
release in Europe but not available in America. So I have two questions...

1. Does anyone know of a website that sells European releases in reigon 1
format on DVD or VHS (I don't know the term but it needs to be compatable
with American VCR's)?

2. If there is no such website that offers this, can I buy the PAL VHS tape
and have it copied so that it will be compatable with my VCR? I don't know
if there any legal issues with the copyright so any information would be
greatly appreciated!
