[SaF] Full-screen message

Members of my family are of less-than-perfect hearing (the
parents specifically), so what I was thinking about today
was a program to generate a short, quick, large-type message
that fills the computer screen, and then exit when a key is
pushed.  

So, say, I use the run command on the start menu, and enter
[name] "some message" and click OK, that sort of thing.

Ideas?
