http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/
Then click the link that reads "Product Updates" (either left or right
side)
Wait for the cataloging of your computer...
Click the blue button in the right frame that reads "Show Installed
Updates"
After that it should show "Outlook Express 5" in the Communications
Section. Just scroll down to it.
