I have subscribed to a few newsgroups on my server
news.wanadoo.fr but was wondering how I could I find other
news servers out there ? On mine there seems to be french
ones and american ones. How do groups decide on what server
they wil go on ? What are the rules in this kind of thing ?
It has always intrigued me......
