Um Robert, Alan clearly stated " require prior knowledge of HTML. "
Html is foreign to lots of people, Assembly is foreign to me. No big
deal I can find Assembly info online. HTML info is there too.
Check out http://www.htmlhelp.com/ , http://www.w3.org/ (under the link
to html specifications) http://www.hwg.org/ also has a decent repository
of links. http://www.webdeveloper.com/   http://www.wdvl.com/ If I could
recall the latest URL of it I'd give you the URL to what I started on
HTML for Dummies. It more or less demonstrates a majority of commonly
used html tags. As well it offers some good advice too.
