Thank you for the additional information, Alan, but in the interim I have
actually found **two** sources for the CD, one at
http://www.tclimports.com
and another at
http://www.cdeurope.com
Both are located in the U.S. and are happy to ship to Canada!
Incidentally, I finally ran these sources to ground through the FAQ of a
Usenet classical records group via Google's new Usenet search engine,
although it meant going to each and every site listed as an online
classical music store to search their databases. Still, the tedium of the
search was worth the "rush" when the CD Europe site finally cranked out the
exact match.
