Laws affecting senior citizens would be resident to the nationalities
and the various governmental entities within the countries. Albeit
the United Nations may have senior programs in effect, they really
have no basis of law upon the individual countries.
We can furnish you several senior citizen sites, but I am afraid most
would reference the larger countries such as the US, the UK, Canada,
Australia, etc.
I would venture the observation that the more developed a country was
economically, the more perks they would give their senior or third
age citizens.

I cannot find a good site regarding the treatment and rights of
seniors in Columbia. I would suggest you post that query to the
following USENET newsgroup which hopefully can give you a more
enlightened answer:
soc.culture.columbia
