OK, now here's a first.  Eudora has stymied me between download and install.

I've d/l'ed two different Eudora archives, and both of them ask me for a
password before it will let me extract the install program.  Nowhere on the
site does it say I'll need a password to install it.

Have you encountered this problem?  How the heck do I install this thing?
