Shut down virus scanner; firewall; and scream_saver and anything else 
stubborn you have running in the background and then try to install 
that sucker again. 

And BTW...I did do a seeknfind for this answer but the URLs would be 
too complicated to report.  I got help at help.com. :-)

If that does not work, try installing in Safe Mode.
