I need to find that one dnag clause that stipulates that if, during the repairs they
make to my apt, the apt becomes inhabitable, they must provide me with housing, or
pro-rate my rent accordingly for those 3-7 days of inhabitability.
I think this is going to be a Q for a local lawyer! You would not believe the uproar
in the area. One renter uses her home as her place of business and will not be able
to work for that entire week either. But that's a whole other can of worms.
