[SaF] web sites for editing graphics

Are there any web sites that describes the different features of graphic
aoftware such as Paintshop Pro.  For example "Gamma Correction",
dithering, colorizing, histograms, filters, etc.  They must be
retrievable using only email and agora type sites.
