You understand that most help sites will deal with the features of the
more current versions of PSP. You may run into guides that teach about
features you do not have in your version.

(1) Let's begin at the PSP Users Group page:

http://www.pspusersgroup.com/

On their "Tips and Tricks" page, I note a link that might serve you.

http://www.pspusersgroup.com/tandt/psp.html

I see where you can get an index of all their old tips and tricks that
would date back to your version:

http://www.pspusersgroup.com/tandt/tipsoldidx.html

The PSP Users Group site has resources, tutorials and much more for
you. This site, however, is framed and would prove to be a challenge
for an accmailer. Are you experienced in dealing with sites with
frames? Try to work this site the best you can.

(2) The JASC site, which produces PSP, have their own Help site:

http://www.jasc.com/tutorials.html

There you will find many links to FAQs, Tutorials, guides, etc.

(3) A PSP-5 Tips and Tricks site

http://mardiweb.com/web/psp5/psp5.htm

(4) A text you might download from the JASC ftp site:

ftp://ftp.jasc.com/faqs/colorsp.txt

(5) Paint Shop Pro Resources Tutorials

http://www.sumrallworks.com/freebies/buttonhole/psp/tutorials/link2g.htm

(6) Paint Shop Pro Papers

------------

Here are two mailing lists you might wish to join:

(7) Paintshopproint Shop Pro (PSP).

This list is for the discussion of Paint Shop Pro (PSP). All aspects
will be discussed. Attachments are any kind are not allowed...however
you are encouraged to use the sharedfile space if you would like to
share something with the list members.

(8) PaintShopPro_Tip

This is a Paint Shop Pro Tips list. This list was made for users of PSP
to share tips.

-----

Let me note also, that ONEList seems to have mailing lists that are
online courses for PSP where lessons are assigned and you are expected
to participate. Would you be interested in something like that?

Richard, I want you to try your online help again. Open PSP and then
load a picture. Then at your top menu, select:

Colors | Adjust | Gamma Correction

See if there is a Help button in the Gamma Correction window. If there
is, then click onto it and see what you learn.

-----

Since you do not have the softbound manual that JASC sends you when you
purchase the program, perhaps you might be interested in purchasing a
book?

Okay, that is all I am going to do on this. Good luck, Richard. :-)
