Dear Colleagues
In 'days of yore' exploration captured society's imagination such groups as the National Film Board felt it was their obligation to tell the story. Thanks to Rob Gordon, a short (about 20 minute) film of the exploration 'cycle' is outlined, including flying an airborne survey. It was produced in 1956. I was encouraged to see that the young lady in the second frame was geologist who did the initial background work on the claim that the prospector brought in. The file opens with Windows Media Player. The file is 900M and I will see if I can reduce the size next week. Its available 'as is' at the link below. This would be a good one for a voice-over in the spirit of Mystery Science Theater 3000 Good weekend/Ken https://spaces.hightail.com/receive/FfU8gWYgDs/a2VuQGNvbmRvcmNvbnN1bHQuY29t 2019-Condor's 20th Anniversary Condor Consulting, Inc St 150 2201 Kipling St Lakewood CO 80215 USA T: 303-423-8475 Condor North Consulting St 1112 1030 West Georgia St Vancouver BC V6E 2Y3 T: 604-630-8334 E: <mailto:[email protected]> [email protected] C: 303-520-5732 Skype-ken.witherly1 <http://www.condorconsult.com/> www.condorconsult.com
