I agree with Rolf. Over the last couple of years I have seen new "developments"
in geophysics that include doing airborne work that result into maps with
metallic element concentrations, along with groundwater and hydrocarbons down
to 5km depth. Absolute BS but they seem to find people to pay for these
pseudo-studies. J. ArceEnviado desde mi smartphone Samsung Galaxy.

Hmm … I don’t think the same.  If they are “into” using idioms, how about
calling their project FART.  Fast Action Response Team. Call the above my
year-end thought … and all the best in the New Year to everybody. Rolf

and a while we bump into something which gives us pause to realize we don’t all
think the same and some folks, well, are simply ‘out there’.

The technical ideas are an interesting collection of current reality and
something you’d expect in a new NETFLIX SciFi release; all we need is a
maleficent AI program to get us all running for the control shed. The
biodegradable geophones are pretty cool but they seem to skirt discussing the
energy source; Kamikaze drones?  Just producing this video must have cost
$0.5M.  With the closing hours of 2019, it gives us something to look forward
to in 2020… Best of the New Year/Ken
