Dear Sems list, I'm trying to develop an IVR for a customer service team in C++. After connecting, it checks the caller id to see if it matches anyone in the DB, if so it prompts them to enter their PIN and eventually they are connected to a customer service rep (this is where I'm having trouble). Is connectCallee from AmB2BCallerSession what I'm looking for to connect to the customer service rep? Please let me know if I am barking up the wrong tree.
