Thanks for the quick reply! Are there any examples with the RTP not
going thru sems?
trunk/apps $ grep -R AmB2BCallerSession *
reveals:
ann_b2b
auth_b2b
call_timer
click2dial
early_announce
examples/tutorial/mycc/
sw_prepaid_sip/
ivr
py_sems
I guess auth_b2b is the closest.

Dear Sems list,
I'm trying to develop an IVR for a customer service team in C++.
After connecting, it checks the caller id to see if it matches
anyone
in the DB, if so it prompts them to enter their PIN and eventually
they are connected to a customer service rep (this is where I'm
having
trouble). Is connectCallee from AmB2BCallerSession what I'm looking
for to connect to the customer service rep? Please let me know
if I am
yes, exactly. this way SEMS acts as B2BUA and caller gets connected
to callee.
If you want to keep the RTP flow through SEMS, use
AmB2ABCallerSession (examples/serviceline is pretty much what you
are doing).

Stefan
barking up the wrong tree.
