You would have to write code into SEMS that can mix that kind of
stream into a coherent whole from an algorithmic perspective, to the
extent that video streams can be mixed that way (one big stream with
many subwindows?)
Perhaps Stefan or someone else from IPtel can speak to this further.
I have not attempted this kind of development.

It depends on what the video codec is, whether it uses RTP as its
bearer transport, etc.

No, sems doesn't support videoconference.
I you want to develop, you could extend the conference/
webconference app to be
able to mix video sources as well as audio sources, it's not an
easy task.
