Interesting discussion! SEMS + video is a thought that every now and then
crosses my mind as well. I'm just not sure if implementing video
conferencing is the best way to introduce video in SEMS. It's complex.

You could limit the complexity of 'mixing' video for a conference to only
displaying the "Loudest Speaker" and optionally the "Last Loudest Speaker"
to the current "Loudest Speaker".

One could alos think of a simpler scenario like video prompts to introduce
video in SEMS. For instance a video IVR. You would need that for a User
Friendly video conferencing system too.
