Exactly, it's about supporting forking at the proxy.
First issue fixed is the case where call gets forked, and more than one branched INVITE arrives at SEMS. The second issue (not yet fixed) is when the second UA sends a positive final response before the CANCEL from the forking proxy is received. In this case, the UA (here, SEMS) is responsible for terminating the additional call(s) resulting from multiple final positive answers.
